By accessing or using the First Million Trade website, platform, or any of our educational services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and enrolled students.

Educational Services Only

First Million Trade is a stock market education and training institute. We provide structured courses, live classes, recorded sessions, mentorship programs, and educational resources related to financial markets, trading concepts, and investment strategies. All content is strictly educational in nature.

Not a Registered Broker or Advisor

First Million Trade is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor, stockbroker, portfolio manager, or research analyst. We do not provide personalized investment advice, stock recommendations, trading tips, or portfolio management services. Any market examples used in our content are strictly for educational illustration.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our services. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws in India or your jurisdiction.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at firstmilliontrade@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. First Million Trade is not liable for errors or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

One Account Per User

Each registered account is for a single individual. Sharing of login credentials or account access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Enrollment

Course enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Applicable taxes (GST in India) will be added at checkout.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay for Indian transactions, Stripe for international transactions). First Million Trade does not store your full card or banking details.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. Live session fees, batch registration fees, and one-on-one mentorship fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced. To initiate a refund, contact firstmilliontrade@gmail.com with your enrollment details.

Ownership

All content on the First Million Trade platform—including course videos, study materials, presentations, worksheets, live session recordings, software, website design, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive intellectual property of First Million Trade and is protected by copyright laws in India and internationally.

Limited License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your enrollment period.

Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any course content. Screen recording, downloading, or re-sharing of any video content is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful educational purposes. You will treat all instructors, mentors, and fellow students with respect in all live sessions, discussion forums, and communication channels.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not: harass or threaten other users or staff, share or promote misleading trading information or tips within our community channels, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform, use automated tools or bots to access our content, or impersonate any person or entity.

No Financial Guarantees

First Million Trade makes no guarantees regarding your financial outcomes, trading success, or investment returns as a result of taking our courses. Stock market investments are subject to market risks. Past performance of any market example used in our content does not guarantee future results.

Educational Purpose Only

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our courses, materials, or communications should be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Million Trade, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services or any trading decisions made based on our educational content.

First Million Trade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services, courses, or content at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We may update course content to reflect changes in markets, regulations, or curriculum improvements. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to access course content ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For users in India, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Hyderabad, India.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
